The 41.1M figure consists of: 36.9M basic shares on the 6/30/18 balance sheet (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000147929018000101/rvncq21810q.htm#sE622EAFEA15C5262932BF78D63BD49A9 ); and 4.2M options, warrants, and non-vested restricted stock (ibid, page 10).

Note: As of 6/30/18, zero shares have been issued under the ATM financing facility established in Mar 2018 (#msg-139262179).
