Well that sounds like a big oopsie violation of Reg D...
selective updates in a webinar with a link not to be shared....hmmm.

Correct me if you think I'm wrong (and provide a link with proof)...

Reg D requires disclosure to all shareholders (and the public if it
is a public company) at the same time, not a private webinar that is
then disclosed 24-48 hours later to the "public".
