Im not sure about what significance the time holds, but I do know that the CC will have a significant effect on shareholders and the stock price. It's obvious that people want / need more information before they'll feel comfortable jumping back into COR. If some good information is revealed during the CC tomorrow, I think we wont have to wait for the next set of tox studies to come out before we see some nice movement upwards. That's my hope at least....

CC has market moving potential-
so can't be held during market hours

Note both recent PR's on this subject (Sept 11 and Oct 9th) were both released before the market opened

Not a coincidence- the market needs time to digest important developments

While this isn't always followed, it's definitely the fairest way to do it

Stoll is a PR master- he's handled this situation perfectly to date
