David, saw Chef Joe today, he's very positive on IVFH and said they will be fine, Food Innovations is doing great and not one single negative. His new restaurant site is beautiful and there must have been 30 people there, chefs, mgrs, builders, designers. He left for Vegas this afternoon, probably with all of Catani's money..LOL. don't try and grouse me catani, overload and the criers..your stuck too, I lost half my money and now I am out. Good Luck to you all and hope your lawsuits go well?

davidam, if Pasta was selling to Disney, don't you think they would put that on their website?

I see no mention of Disney or Disney pasta characters that are available for purchase.

A company with a Disney contract should be able to obtain market loans with no problem. They borrow from IVFH and (don’t want to) or (can’t pay it back).

If they don’t want to, I believe that they kind of knew they would never have too.
I saw Joes name on a piece of their paperwork. Generous or business!

If they can’t pay it back that means they have a bad business. So why get involved.
What does IVFH know about running a manufacturing plant? Joe must of. So when he left so did our interest in it. JMHO.

davidam, who owns Pasta Italiana?;

Formerly known as Joe Dimaggio's Pasta Italiana according to New York State Corporation Records. The SEC filings say that 2 people from Pasta Italiana "personally guaranteed" that they would pay back IVFH the $356,000 (now $366,958.44) that was loaned to them by someone in charge of IVFH.

Shouldn't shareholders know who those 2 people are?

Again, the SEC filings never disclosed anything about the agreement that IMO should have required at least an 8-K filing or even an Exhibit in the 10QSBs and 10KSB. The "oh by the way...our option to acquire Pasta Italiana expired the same Quarter that we were still lending them money and we are attempting to collect on it" statement in the 10QSB is outrageous.

Who authorized the deal and who guaranteed to pay it back? There is a website with real cheesy Italian music with phone #s on it. davidam, please offer up the info you must be sitting on after talking with Pasta so many times as you claim.

Good luck.
