fla, does it really matter, Sam knows exactly who the two people from Pasta are who "personally guaranteed" the loan...as well...why do you think there have not been any lawsuits filed from ivfh to get the money back?
"personally guaranteed" will not hold much weight in court, as well the loan was made with the intent of ivfh taking full control of Pasta, not loaning Pasta money and expecting it back with interest. The terms of the loan in a court proceeding will not guarantee ivfh their money back...all imo of course.
