Let's say one of the bidders is offering to buy out all shares and pay off all debt - call it a $75M offer tied to a PPS of .08 cents. If PPS shoots to .25 prior to July 31, their bid would get thrown out.
Make sense? I'm not saying that's what is happening, but nothing would surprise me.
