I really don't think the PWC will recommend or the Judge would approve any strategic bid less than 1.00 PPS.

The reason a company might be buying the stock is so he has less pay out...so if the buy out price is 1$ and there are 129m shares, but I now own 40m of them (which maybe cost 3m), I'm left only owing 89m (shareholder part)...
