Again, Float is usually O/S minus Restricted so I was right:
when I questioned Hart/ IR got this back on 7/25 - probably higher NOW:
"480 million s/o
450 million shares in float
$0 current convertible debt remaining"
Everyone expected an earlier bounce based on this info, if the remaining notes were bought by friendlier hands, and with all that news and rev's with Gov't contracts: Volume does seem to be down, maybe they're trickling sells more slowly... meanwhile buyers have grown more wary, hope it really is over soon.
