I have started wearing the patch on my tennis elbow just now. I will let you know how it works. If it does help I will recommend it to my physiotherapist. Go Biel!
It will take days to improve. Wrap it around your heel with an ace including as much of your arch as you can. Worked for me. Till the wire cracked off near the electronics. Haven't soldered it yet.
I have a stronger one that I prefer but cost 10x Actipatch.
