YKR from what I have read the titles were given to the BCSC by JL in the satchel and they don't believe it because of Barrick and their commitment to Barrick. Now you want to talk money Barrick has said that they own the property since 1996 and have borrow $Billions against it with absolutely no ROI. They have not mined one ounce of gold, silver or copper. This is why Chile has to end this once and for all and make a decision on what is going to happen with Mina Pascua. Once this court decision is done and if JL is awarded then and only then will there be money to go and mine. Yes speaking of the BCSC I wonder why when they were asked at their own hearing that they said they had no idea about any subpoenas. I wonder WHY they would lie at their own hearing. We will see what the Chile court says.....
