FLASH - gotmilkis a brain fart.
o my o my o my secret is out :o)
Posts today on the issue Matt brang up are very interesting,
having about a dozen more to read, i hope Churak chimes in.
Speaking in my usual pompous manner to be a pom@ss
in the eyes of most all readers here, i will say that Matt is
quite under-equipped with the skills necessary to collect
and refine in and out what has so far been posted by others,
which is very sad since in this last short one year time span
the insight of those posting on this complex topic having
an extra component to cause many to exercise an viaticum
on other's opinions :o) i must say that the depth & scope
now being written far exceeds that obtained one year ago
such that some here actually agree with each other in parts,
and where not, there exist possible give & take to refine
a combination to produce an agreed upon resolution
of good enough to handle conflicts in an agreeable manner.
But its Matt's Party, and while he has obtained what
seems to be an agreement from BobZ (i haven't read it yet)
to move in that direction he sees as a solution, my opinion
is that down the road either before Matt gets any steam up
to make it so, or starts the train moving, BobZ will hic-up :o)
Unless Matt changes from working only using his brain power
contained within his extra powerful brain, and starts using
some down to earth management techniques necessary
for lessor minds to accomplish a fraction of his ability.
But i doubt it as i have encountered numberous cases where
powerful minds refuse to circle around a mountain rather than
admit an weakness, so they incorrectly plow more and more
energy trying to move that mountain away rather than work
around it, or travel a path 'too easy" thinking such paths are
only for those of weak minds.
Sad, as history has many un-mentioned great minds absent
from the pages of human greatness achievences, and at the
most is just a mention of a few great steps that needed another
to take further steps towards a great place of deliverance.
Could iHub have obtained Si without BobZ ?
Would iHub have been where it was a few months ago
if BobZ never returned to iHub ?
What if BobZ never returned to iHub and eventually Si
came under his control, not as owner, but President + CEO
and as Chief Technical/Research person ?
Makes one wonder, me for example,
not the importance BobZ has places on the programming
he is now deep into to bring Si to an iHub user level,
but just maybe Bob does not realize that more than 5%
of his thinking in the management decisions currently needed
at these changing times for iHub + Si is not so much too low,
but long term in a few short years come to be problems
that were sowed in these days because his opinions
were not more than a 5% effort.
Guess i'm thinking that BobZ needs about a 15 - 25 %
or 25 - 35 % involvement to any major shifts in change
like the ones Matt introducted today. (Wednesday)
Best to know that you have first gear rather than fourth
before you rev the rpms high and pop the clutch.
Shake Rattle & Clank'n the transmission can be stopped
with a push'n in the clutch, but what if its too late,
or not easy, to move back to first when changes have been
made such that its that can of worms opened when one
tries to go back to where bad changes or move was done.
