OK, I've read through this entire thread and given each post my usual 15 seconds of deep thought before formulating my opinion, and here it is......
IHub is growing with leaps and bounds. It is just too ridiculous to think that Matt must spend 40% of his working day(about 45 minutes) reading through and making decisions on who is right or wrong on each board. First off, we can't expect him to read a post or two and grasp the history of what caused these posts in the first place. Secondly, he doesn't need to be a cop handling family disputes!
If you don't like a board or moderator, but just feel that the world is begging to know your opinion on an issue, then make your post and move along! Why get bogged down with a group who doesn't care to hear your opinion, and you don't respect theirs anyway?
There is a reason why large corporations have middle management. It is to handle the everyday problems that the corporate heads don't have time for, and make sure everyday operations continue smoothly. This can and should be the responsibility of those of us who volunteered to be moderators. If an issue gets out of hand, then kick it upstairs to Matt, but otherwise, let him continue with his job of growing the company!
Matt needs to be focusing 100% of his energy on creating a strategy on how to get MMMary into his shirt!(whatever that means??)
