"Homerun"? Do you think that LP's comments about homeruns could be that she might feel - even just based on the blinded data - that there will be certain segments or subgroups that DCVax proved to work very well for. But that she is keeping the trial blinded longer to get to certain milestones (ie "36 months"), to try to prove upon unblinding that a larger segment of the patients benefitted from DCVax than perhaps the early speculation may have indicated?
That would be accountability - overdue and too late to help investors but yes it is reasonable to be expected to produce and if not to give others a chance.
In other words, if you want me to continue this trial, then I need money and am asking for help to do so. It would be tragic with what we know here, even what has not been revealed with unblinding, that it wouldn’t be approved if in fact some are living longer. But, someone will take it for $500 million and run with it...I’ll bet.
