Peterson is a cancer to this company. If he makes any money on that deal it’s criminal. As KevDenver has said they likely spent well over $10M of shareholder money with all the stock discounts and overspending and Derek bonuses. Then they sold it for 1/2 what it’s worth to bandaid their bleeding budget. Sad
