The SEC may not be the most efficient org around, but one thing they DON'T do give out that info to anybody who asks. If you know different, then provide proof.

Why are you saying these projects are jokes. I f RPH has the capability to fund them, then I hope he makes it. Space tech has been privatized now so anything is possible.
