"SEC is also investigating his fraudulent use of materials on his website that he is using to deceive investors." - this pretty much seals it I'm afraid - you Sir are fraud IMO. The SEC may not be the most efficient org around, but one thing they DON'T do give out that info to anybody who asks. If you know different, then provide proof.
