Then 5 days later, their medicinal cultivation license expired leaving only their adult cultivation license with a maximum allowed canopy space of 5,000 square feet as their one remaining "active" cultivation license.
It would, therefore, seem that SIGO's cultivation situation has changed drastically since that 8-K was filed.
Will SIGO update investors on their current cultivation situation?? (How many square feet are currently growing and how many square feet were planted AFTER June 17? My guess is that since SIGO filed another 8-K on June 28 to specifically note that Bays 1 and 2 were both planted prior to June 17, that these are the last two Bays that will be available for legal grows until SIGO gets one or more annual cultivation licenses. -jmho)
