#20810 RE: Chili Verde #20809

OK I've smoked for a long time. This is my opinion on each of those three features of the Medtainer.

The Grinder - Most chronic smokers who actually prefer grinders wouldn't rely on the plastic grinder that comes on the Medtainer. They would own an actual grinder.

Humidity Control - I see where they're going with this, but I find it redundant in this particular application (bottle size). This is due to the size of the Medtainer. I'm guessing you would be able to fit (maybe) an eighth of an oz inside. A chronic user will go through that faster than it dries out, especially if it's stored in a standard prescription container. My personal opinion is I like to let it dry out a little bit. It breaks down finer for a better pipe smoke.

Smell Proof - A good feature to have, but why spend money on a Medtainer every time you make a purchase instead of making a one time purchase of a small waterproof container such as the OtterBox?

The point is that why spend extra bucks every time you make a purchase when prescription bottles are free? Are those feature going to be enough to persuade people to buy them? Most if not all prescription bottles are also FDA approved as well as childproof, so the Medtainer really hasn't gained any ground on standard prescription bottles in that sense. The only real useful application I can see for the Medtainer would be a traveling scenario, but in that case it would be more like a one time buy. To me, I can't see it being worth it, but that's just my opinion. Maybe I'll get proven wrong.
