Note I said given to Cantor to sell - sales have to go through a broker. I did not say it was a two step process.

The chart does not support your conclusion. Volume is almost nothing on the 2nd. The chart indicates that if shares were sold they were sold at $3.30 and above which is a support/resistance point.
