Interesting nodummy. I did a board search to try and jog my memory on the steps this ticker took back when Heffernan was in control. We haven't referred to the name "American Estate Management Company" in ages.
The business description sounds a LOT like one part of BZTG's before they went dark, almost like Heffernan was going to use the ticker to split off a division.
