Looks like the name of the shell was changed to AMERICAN ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY in 2011
No filings for the entity since 2013. It is still revoked.
I do see that somebody named Junhua Guo filed for custodianship of Archer Entertainment Media Communications Inc on June 25, 2018, but I wonder if that will cause them issues since the name of the entity was changed to American Estate Management Company. Also of note, the unusual volume started here in March more than 3 months ahead of the custodianship petition. Was somebody frontloading ahead of the custodianship petition? Just a low float play that just so happened to end up seeing a custodianship petition 3 months later? Very strange. AEMC is a Low-ish floater (21,825,825 shares in the float) so very easy to manipulate on light-ish volume.
I'm betting this is the same Junhua Guo I see a mention of Papa Stocks in his little blog post
