Do not expect any proof. Here are some defenses that have been developed here that do not have any valid support

1. BIIB is still studying A2-73 for MS
2. BIIB wants to buy AVXL so they are pushing the price
3. M is working with FDA for precision medicine adaptive trial so AD and Rett trials are delayed (one was debunked as they did not even applied in US for AD)
4. AU govt is doing AD trial funding
5. AU govt will approve the drug based on P2

Paying for Drs. , nurses, diagnostic tests, etc is not "directed monetary assistance". However it does save Anavex a lot of money on the trial.
