That way when the chip leader goes all-in on the final winning hand your out of the game. Not a strategy for huge success is it? Solution: Join the chip leader!
False claims - by the time they come to P3 approval stage (if at all) - their o/ s shares would go to 300 or 400 million plus by multiple raises - so the equation will change.
Also if they show efficacy, they will be bought much before at much lower price
