I wouldnt know. I do know one thing for certain. I have a very busy life caring for my family and aging mother and I just don't have the time really to open up Pandora's Box researching fraud on multiple companies at the same time and doing so much due diligence, taking up so much of my time. I just don't understand the rationale but, to each his/her own
