Jenna: Bot OXGN at 12.80 but it fell to 12.11, recovered to 12.70 fell to 12.20 returned to 12.60 fell to 12.30 and is now 12.45. Is this symmetrical triangle in a bullish uptrend or a bearish dntrend or is the direction of the mkt the determinant?

HITK picked that up at a bounce off 33 up $0.70 but stopped out 1/3 position just now, OXGN did gap up and spiked too quickly forming a "platform" and dove below 13, so now you could have shorted at spike high 13.40 or just wait for a 12.50 entry

Well actually I do trade somewhere else sometimes until 12:00 sometimes twice a day. We have a shared "in house" trading platform with the T1 connections that holds up to 20 traders about 9 miles from here. I like the cameraderie and the fact that these folks all bring their own trading capital but about 7 of us have our own services for pay. Some are educators, book authors who hold seminars, others are LLC, one has a newsletter service like mine but its just scalping, etc. At this point I find it a conflict of interest to post all my trades there and they themselves are shooting for me to host a real-time room, but I did it once for Pristine (they post about 13 to 18 official trades a day that are documented) and I find its boring to spend hours in a room when I make my own few trades in the morning and then again in late afternoon using charted watch lists as "maps"

The daytraders there can and do make 30 or more trades a day for about $.25 to $0.50 or even less (sometimes $0.10) but it adds up nicely. These are professional scalpers and daytraders and I don't want to emulate them but that is what a real-time trading room should do. There are no 'shoulda, coulda, wouldas' there. If you can manage only 1-3 trades a day, a newsletter service with intraday updates at key intervals is plenty.

>>A REAL TIME service wld be AMAZING i.e. as u update yr positions and it automatically posts yr new position.>> I know you've been "after" this for a while but add to that, I'm also one who loves my travel time and vacations and relaxation time (just took a few months off to learn more about boating, fishing, hiking, the Caribbean maybe Europe again, and just something I never had in the last 4 years "hobbies". I'm back to sports and weightlifting and I would have to be 'strapped to the computer chair' and I've just came out of "computer addiction rehab" <g> I loved winning and trading was a hobby but it turned out to be more in the last year.

A daily updated (we are setting up two areas to update our watch list that will be password protected) list for long term daytrades (held much of the session) and a few swing trades is really all I want to do (about 50% of my life dedicated to trading as opposed to 99% in the past 5 years.
