Ah, OK, that makes sense and lines up with your post about Minnymar (or whatever the heck the name is) not really wanting the shell back. Since Alessi sold the stock he created out of thin air to Jason, the only possible challenge would be if Minnymar decided to challenge Alessi taking control, and that would be a dumb thing to do since it would surely tank the stock and they'd lose out on the opportunity to sell it all at a "premium" price.
Still, Jason is between a rock and a hard place. If he does straighten out the paperwork and puts Data443/Classidocs into the NV shell, Minnymar is going to be there at every opportunity to sell stock when the price pops a little.
