You sort of have to read by post slowly. It's meant to be a chronological order of events to help with the overall understanding of how things ended up how they are today.

William Alessi acquired the LDSR shell from the MinnyMar Group.
Even after that William Alessi used the Mecklenburg County, NC courts to have himself appointed as the custodian of the LDSR shell.
It was after Alessi was made the custodian of the LDSR shell that he attempted to move the LDSR shell to North Carolina.
Where the problem accurred is that William Alessi didn't properly move the public shell because he didn't reinstate the Nevada entity and add himself as the control person first and didn't do a merger filing with the Nevada SOS.
I think William Alessi was trying to save a few thousand dollars. I don't remember how much it cost to revive the Nevada SOS entity at the time but I imagine it cost at least $5,000
William Alessi then sold his LDSR preferred stock to Jason giving Jason control (in a way) of LDSR. I say in a way because no preferred stock was ever designated at the Nevada SOS so those preferred shares technically had no value.
In the end, after Jason tried to do a name/symbol change, he found out from FINRA that there were Issues with the North Carolina entity so Jason had to pay the back taxes for the Nevada business entity and place himself as the officer of the Nevada entity. He also designated voting rights for the "control preferred stock" that he acquired from William Alessi officially giving himself control of the Nevada entity and thus control of the LDSR shell.

As the situation currently stands. Jason owns both the Nevada entity which is the proper entity for the LDSR shell and the North Carolina entity.
The Nevada entity (LDSR shell) owns ClassiDocs.
The North Carolina entity which was renamed to Data443 Risk Mitigation Inc owns the rest of the Data443 operations.
I think all Jason would have to do at this point is merge his North Carolina entity into his Nevada entity. Or I suppose he could sell the Data443 operations to the Nevada entity. Either way it would be a simple thing do to.
I guess we'll see if he ends up doing that or not.
If he does end up doing it then maybe eventually we'll get to see if Data443 has revenues or if it is another revenue-less company like ClassiDocs.
