I do agree the DD you present is interesting none the less, and Jason needs to put some respectable numbers behind his claims. Wouldn't an audited financial statement at least prove the legitimacy of the company?

Ok, your earlier post made some interesting and valid points. However, what you just said makes absolutely no sense.

How would any pink sheet stock EVER uplist to a higher exchange (i.e. OTCQB) if they did not initiate an audit lol. Baffling that you would even suggest that a pink sheet company initiating audit would be a “red flag.”

You seem to be pretty knowledgeable about all this. How do you know so much detail? From the way it sounds. No matter how good the software is they will have a hard time controlling large stock dumps. So now what? If Jason is lying isn’t that against the law? That would be easy to prove and could easily jeopardize everyone affiliated. Seems like there are more bits and pieces to this. I know first hand that the software is good and I’ve spoken to Jason on the phone. He knows the security sector well. What are your predictions based on your belief? Do you feel like this stock will just fade away?

Except you're forgetting about the part where minymar is actually not interested in keeping the shell and they've confirmed the shell was sold to Jason in an email which was included in one of Mr Clean's articles

Yes I agree with you Miny got a certain amount of shares with the deal they sell it off and give NV to Jason which has already occurred

But you're still doing a great job using actually historic events to manipulate the story to your agenda

Please do some real DD and reach out to the source themselves including minymar or jason
