LDSR is a pink sheet ticker. Why in the world would LDSR be talking about an audit? They are not an SEC filer so there would be absolutely no need for audited financials unless Jason is suggesting that he plans on filing a registration statement with the SEC (An S-1 or Form 10). But that would make absolutely no sense. If Jason was wanted to pay for an S-1 registration statement or a Form 10 then he would have just gone public as an IPO instead of doing a reverse merger into an old dirty pink sheet shell.
If Jason has been talking about an audit that's a big red flag. Pink sheets tickers talking about audits is usually something only done by dirty CEOs trying to mislead investors to pump the share price.
