#137323 RE: kennypooh #137321

I remember writing a post about Conrad Lysiak and Laura Anthony and Curt Kramer and Michael Siegel and ECOS back in 2014 when the whole Curt Kramer blacklisting thing happened, but I can't find the post any more.

Conrad Lysiak and Laura Anthony both came to the defense of ECOS

https://www.thestreet.com/story/12938749/1/finra-may-be-getting-more-aggressive-in-regulation-of-microcaps.html

And it had come up during the controversy how Michael Siegel and Curt Kramer were long time associates so I remember doing some dot connecting and finding several instances where they could be linked in the past and even found some interesting 6 degrees of seperation type stuff that linked them to Bernie Madoff through some charity group.

Does my post no longer exist? And if so why was it deleted weeks if not months after it was written?

ECOS may have decided that it would just be a waste of money to do any more filings or public disclosures or to pay any service providers since ECOS failed to get a reverse split approved and are now basically stuck on $.0001/share with a float is over 11.1 billion shares.

You'll notice ECOS never filed their 10K that was due on March 31st so they are now a delinquent SEC filer

Their NV entity is in default too

I'm not sure if they have any more debt holders that will want to try to squeeze a little bit more money out of ECOS or not. It sort of looks like they may have decided to abandon the old dirty bloated shell.

Aren't SEC registered companies required to update their corporate attorney information on a regular basis?

Not as far as I know. There's certainly no SEC requirement for them to update it with OTCMarkets.

Siegel isn't a lawyer:

Mr. Siegel has been appointed CTO on June 1, 2017. He was president and CEO from September 10, 2009 to May 31, 2017.[/I]

He's also a director.
