Good post Ice2014. Just want to add to BOP(balance of power) this is a very good indicator developed by the Worden Brothers. It has been green now for 2 days counting today. The last time it was green was on 5/30/2018. I use other indicators as well, and they are all bullish. Remember technical readings are brought on by fundamentals. Looks good for UOIP, lets see what happens. LONG UOIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
