All shares are restricted when they are first issued. But I have no doubt that they had an attorney letter ready to go to have the restrictions immediately lifted.
Trust me those shares became free trading and were dumped into the market. We already know that those very same people received free trading stock in the past from Series B preferred share conversions.
ANDI is run by proven liars who have repeatedly misled investors. Them saying the shares are restricted is just more misleading information.
Of course the crooks running ANDI will never allow the Transfer Agent to update the OTC markets site with the float because they need retail shareholders to believe lies not facts.
