You do know an uplisting is automatic if the form 10 is filed as Roger said he would do 14 months ago?

And yes... a form 10 takes about 6 months....including audit time.

After the audits are published, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for the uplist....The audits take from 2 weeks to.....well....never.

I guess it is "normal" to say that most Pinkies don't get uplisted.....


....but those that do take about a month.
