Arris IPR decisions must come within 6 months of filings that is before August 2nd. These will likely come sooner but can not be later. The trial is moving forward and no one can stop this freight train else will be crushed and decimated. We longs know exactly what is happening and general public will catchup sooner or later as well. I am waiting for CNN headlines!!!
Pacermonitor was updated last night with the minutes of yesterday’s oral hearing. However I didn’t see the document with the update.
