Then it would be insiders (employees/partners) that were given shares that are selling, is that what you are saying? Per the latest statement, I saw that they have an outstanding note (I believe to Timbaland) for about $790K at zero interest. Could he be selling some of his stock that he was given 2 years ago (300 million shares) for becoming a partner of the company? I don't know the timeline for how long the partners have to wait before they can sell any of the shares given them. And it doesn't make any sense they he or anyone others would sell now at this price knowing that big developments are in the works having the potential to drive the share price much higher.
