I'm not trying to say anything about where the shares are coming from, because I don't know. I'm asking if anybody does know.

I'll comb the filings if I have to but was hoping to save myself some time

Well let's think about it... He was given 300 million shares and just a year ago this was at .0007 or worth $210,000.

Now, even if he sold or was selling just 10% of his shares (30 million) at an average of .03 he would have $900,000. Nothing to sneeze at for being a partner. Who knows though...

For now we still look pretty good with all that is going on and if we get a hint of National Distribution... BOOM!!!
