When she and prefers take the cash from sale of shares. That leaves zip to pay bills or build any company. How Sec has not shut this insane scam down amazing. Just PR's being fraud prove it. Two 1 for 1000 r/s wiped common twice and the frauds goes on. She needs to be arrested for securities fraud with rest of the preferred shareholders. When they have issued on presplit basis trillions of shares Sec shut them down.

Sec also needs to go after her and all the preferred shareholders that ran this scam still alive. This should have been shut down after first 1 for 1000 scam and all the fraud pr's. The Sec let so many more lose on this scam after that with second one. How many lying pr's does it take?
