As you can see, Vigil owes $56,343.27 PLUS interest, court costs and attorney's fees on both sides. My favorite part is the process server's description of service. Vigil was served and LIED about who she was. She even made up a BS excuse that she wasn't vigil but didn't have her license in her purse to show that she wasn't. As it turns out, one of her employees turned her out and told the server that she was in fact Vigil. That's one of my favorite huckster scam CEO stories.
And now for my important question... How many shares has she sold to new bag holders to cover all these costs since January??? She could wind up needing over $100k or more to cover this lawsuit.
Vigil is nothing more than a lying scam artist huckster. She will do and say anything to take as much money as she can from unsuspecting investors.
