I agree and have questioned this in the past.
Fact Utopya bought controlling interest in ANDI
Fact Utopya PRed that it acquired ANDI in a reverse acquisition
Fact The latest releases all state Utopya a wholly owned subsidiary

So its really confusing when the company does not follow what should be
