No, you really don't want to. A drop to .0024 means any and all bullish momentum would be gone for this stock, and the momo would move on to the next play. That is how easily forgettable these pennies are and should never be fallen in love with, but people always do. There will be no point in buying at .0024 because at that point it will keep trending down to .0001 due to the loss of the bulls.
There will be one more big wave up in this stock before the exit door unlocks, but it will not get anywhere near .0024 before reversing.
