Astonishingly, they're not a Form 15 company. They're an SEC registrant, and current with their filings.

Awhile back, the story was that they were gonna open a resort and museum dedicated to Biggie in Montana. But the financing for that fell through. Or rather, never materialized. It isn't clear when Plan B will be.
