OtcMarkets.com lists 4 Billion Authorized shares. But 519,950,000 O/S.

Seems the BGFT BoD has plans for shareholder dilution for exorbitant salaries and other nefarious pinky company financing activities.

As always, I prefer to be on the sidelines and avoid Pinky Stinkys
