All that information from my research went to the SEC so maybe they have been following up on it. The UBLI suspension is a good start. It would be nice if they end up suspending more of the Angela Colette/William Alessi hijacked shells. With UBLI they needed to look no further than to see that it was a delinquent filer and used that to suspended it on short order

LSTG is also a delinquent filer (4 years late with its required SEC filings) so I agree with you that it is now a huge suspension risk.

Unfortunately LDSR and RMDM both filed Form 15s years ago so they are no longer SEC filers and so the delinquent filer thing won't work on them.
