Response:

Not sure where 4-months came from. As the company said in a PR, the Name & Ticker change was a two step process. The first thing would be the name change with the Wyoming SOS and after that was completed, the second thing would be the Ticker/Name change with FINRA. The Name change was finalized with the Wyoming SOS on 3/5/18. So, obviously we have not been waiting 4 months for the Ticker change since the Name change was completed with the Wyoming SOS. Go ANDI/UTOP and GTLA!
