Well the whole purpose of an IR team/person is to answer shareholder questions the good as well as the bad. I am in the camp with others on the gagged TA, it is done to hide the fact that the share structure Outstanding and float is increasing, personally however I expected that to happen, I mean companies go public to sell shares of stock and use stock to pay debts, aquire things, credit lines
Its a common practice, good companies can withstand that type of thing, companies without merit can not
U have to be confident in your investment. Otherwise the mind games of fluctuations in the market with favorably win and U will lose doubt. This is the OTC and there is no safe way to play this market because of the volatility. U have to trust why U invested in the first place. But if U invested solely on the interaction U felt Utopya was giving out when U initially invested that would not have been an educated decision IMHO.
