Thanks BA. From a previous post from someone who talked to IR, sounds like Anavex was not interested in taking this route. The poster sounds like this was stated by IR well before yesterday. Although as I know from experience, Company views and policies can change very quickly. With all this being said, I don't have my hopes up and will not base my investment decisions on this Legislation.
