Well, its cottages owners who renting out when they don't need it and many camp grounds for RV's etc.
Ex. the 5 acres for sale below; is not more prized than a normal small house lot in Richmond, and about the same tax and situated much higher beside the golf course and not below sea level as most properties in Richmond - Its the gated community without the crime, to me very attractive and the best fishing etc.
