What pr LOI tricks are you referring to? Most of their LOI's are signed and definitive agreements now, with the exception of a couple they're still working on. Sounds like you're reading too many internet articles recently:)

Dude, it's up 58% from it's last dip only 12 days ago and was up 67% just 3 days after that last dip.

plenty of dips and spikes before that.

If you can't figure out a way to work with that there's probably no hope. Better off just selling, running away fast, and don't look back.

It's almost as bad as waiting months for one final low price and then selling 2 hours later.
