What pr LOI tricks are you referring to? Most of their LOI's are signed and definitive agreements now, with the exception of a couple they're still working on. Sounds like you're reading too many internet articles recently:)

You did make a great call to the 80's, but you also sold too soon on the climb to $3.00. Either way, I disagree, and always wish everyone well.
