What if these new institutional investors are restricted on how much they can buy while Pink? Its very possible... They could single-handed buy this up to new highs when we uplist. Each one could come in with millions of dollars to invest, on top of all the other momo investors piling on top...
The FACT that they are taking a chance while pink, is a strong indication that these whales could start buying heavy as more substance is relayed.
The is a major bull indicator.. finally gettign noticed by some bigger investors, which are needed to take us to dollars.
